Yeah, What He Said

To expound on my husband's brevity . . .

Being the only responsible adult for said children and nanny on the continent - scary.

Doing it on 3 hours of sleep - insane.

God, or someone, give me patience and sanity.

Respectfully submitted,

The Wife

I had sympathy pains when my bestest friend went into labor. Feel sad when the heart of another is hurting.

Perhaps, I me not sleeping is some sort of solidarity for you insomnia. Which mean, I blame you! :)

Thank you Jebus your children/nanny self were not injured.

SLEEP WOMAN! Maybe drink first! I am feeling drowsy, how about you?

Oh M.

So sorry you're going through all this. I am happy that it was only the car and that everyone is alright.

I don't know what I could do but..
If there's anything I can do, please let me know.

Sorry to hear of the accident! Glad no one was hurt.

You're already losing enough sleep, don't go permitting things that are out of your control to keep you up at night. ...

We can only do what we can do... but what we can do is enough!

So... (not to make light out of a serious situation, but that's my style...) ... let me know if the au pair needs some personal "comforting" after such a traumatic experience! ... Kidding!!! :-)

Anyway, not that I could imagine your schedule permitting much leisure time, but do hit me up anytime you're planning on making it to a local card room. I frequent a few different ones often, and would love the chance to meet ya. (And not JUST to show you I'm worthy of the Au Pair introduction!)

Oh, and GO SEAHAWKS!!!!! Hope the playoffs end up with our local team taking on your Packers... just for the expected trash talk.

Hope you're able to have a great (and restful) weekend!
